All-Time Wins Leader

Nease Lacrosse Head Coach Max Gurowski had to wait longer than normal, but when the final buzzer sounded on 18 February against Stanton, he stood alone at the top of the all-time wins list. More importantly for the coach and the staff, was a very complete victory to open up the 2021 season after their 2020 season came to an end. In what turned out to be the final game of the 2020 season, Coach Gurowski had tied Jack Francis at the top of the wins list with 46 with a victory over Flagler Palm Coast. The ensuring time off was frustrating for a team that was just hitting their stride and it was positive to see them come out firing from the start against Stanton.

After the game Coach Gurowski said, "This is a team accomplishment. We don't win games, the players do. And we are so grateful to have had such an outstanding collection of young men come through this program. Thankful for our players and our coaches and grateful we have the best of both. GO NEASE!"
